Happy Hour

One Thursday a month, we all get together to enjoy our company, some good food and a few drinks. Currently, you can get information on this page and through emails sent to the class. As of right now, Dan and Max are running the event. Past organizers have been Serge and Cicely.

To setup a Happy Hour:

  • Talk with Cheryl about organizing dates. She will help reserve BCMM 206-208.
  • To buy food, there is a list of approved vendors at (insert link soon). Once you have chosen a vendor, you must talk with Cheryl to use her purchasing card.
  • Alcohol is purchased from The Wine Thief up on Whitney Avenue (Google Maps - Wine Thief). You can spend up to $100 there and it will be billed to the program - no need to worry about anything else.
  • Shop at Trader Joe's
